With the exception of a few items (fish eggs, eel, inari + squid salad) that have a light amount of regular soy in the marinade, over 90% of our food is free of gluten. Every sauce made to go with our sushi is made with tamari (gluten free soy). All gluten free menu items are listed with GF in front of them. A few of our items that have gluten, can be made gluten free and are listed with GFO in front them.


 

Gluten free Fried food

All of our fried items are made gluten free. Because of this, our frier is also 100% free of gluten! We make all of our tempura batter with a rice flower that is celiac friendly. YUM!


 

Gluten free alcohol options

Here at Sabaku we are proud of the gluten free options in our bar. We recently added the Grapefruit IPA by Ghostfish Brewing. Made 100% free of gluten in a brewery that only brews gluten free beer out of Washington. We also carry a delicious hard seltzer and cider. Both are made free of gluten so enjoy!
